Because every item is personalized and made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
- Within 3 business days of ordering: Free cancellation, full refund — no questions asked.
- After 3 business days but before your order ships: Cancellations are accepted with a 50% deduction to cover materials and engraving already in progress.
- Once your order has shipped: We're unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds, as each piece is uniquely made for you.
If there's an issue with your order — such as a manufacturing fault or incorrect engraving on our end — please contact us and we'll make it right.
When will I get my order?
Since every piece is personalized and made to order, please allow up to 25 business days from the time you place your order to when it arrives. This covers crafting, engraving, and shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our jewelry is crafted and personalized in Pakistan, where our small team hand-finishes and engraves every piece to order. This allows us to keep quality high while making custom, made-to-order jewelry accessible and affordable.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders ship free — no minimum spend required. Since every piece is personalized and made to order, please allow up to 25 business days for engraving, crafting, and delivery. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
